Photography is storytelling without sound.  Everyone has a uniquely important story to share.  Our lives are a collection of moments. Celebrations.  Triumphs.  Tragedies.  The extraordinary and the ordinary. When I photograph a person or an event, I love the challenge of capturing the moments and the emotions.

It takes guts to step out of your comfort zone and stand in front of a camera.  We have an image in our mind’s eye of how we think we look.  The camera may agree or want to tell a different story.  I respect everyone that I photograph because they took a chance with me and stood in front of my camera.  My images are other people’s stories.  My camera is my pen.
